BUT :
Mobiliser tous les secteurs de la communauté (communautaire, institutionnel, associatif, paramunicipal, municipal, privé et représentants aînés) dans une démarche concertée afin de briser l’isolement des aînés de 50 ans et plus du Haut-Saint-Laurent, favoriser leur bientraitance et améliorer leurs conditions de vie et de santé.

ACTIVITÉS ET SERVICES :
Élaborer et mettre en œuvre un plan concerté triennal
Réaliser des projets communs dans le milieu
Réaliser des activités et des outils de prévention, de promotion et d’information en lien avec la stratégie du bien-vieillir (Journée des aînés, Salon des aînés, Ma santé je m’en charge, etc.)
Mettre en œuvre la campagne annuelle pour favoriser la bientraitance des aînés

GOAL :
To mobilize all sectors of the community (community, institutional, associative, paramunicipal, municipal, private and seniors’ representatives) in a concerted effort to break the isolation of seniors aged 50 and over in the Haut-Saint-Laurent, promote their well-being and improve their living and health conditions.

ACTIVITIES AND SERVICES :
To develop and implement a three-year collaborative plan
To carry out joint projects in the community
Carry out prevention, promotion and information activities and create tools related to the aging well strategy (Seniors’ Day, Salon des aînés, Ma santé je m’en charge, etc.)
To implement the annual campaign to promote the well-being of seniors
